There Are Several Methods of Getting Linux Running
So You Can Get Linux Training

|
| One of the easiest methods is to boot a system with a Linux "Live" CD. |
|
| In this case, you don't have to install Linux, just boot a system with the Live CD. Then do the steps to log in and start watching the I Learn Linux videos. |
|
| Watch a bit of a video, pause it, and then try the steps you've just seen yourself. |
|
Getting Linux Running on an Windows System |
|
| Another method of getting Linux running on a system - a Windows system in this case - is to run Linux in a virtual machine. |
|
| You download a Linux virtual machine player into Windows and install it and then download a "player" version of Linux and run it. |
|
| With this method, you boot into Windows and then run Linux with the virtul machine player. |

| You can also install Linux on a new computer system - or install Linux on an existing Windows system. |
